Backorders

We now have a wonderful shopping cart that keeps track of inventory.
But just in case there has been a data entry mistake, you should know….

We make every attempt to keep items in stock. If an item happens to be out of stock when packaging your order, you will be notified and given the option to wait until the item is re-stocked
(if we know the item will be re-stocked within a reasonable time) OR be credited the amount of the item.
We’re sorry, but sale/clearance items are excluded from this policy. If a clearance item is out of stock, we will automatically credit your for the amount of the item.
 

Return Policy

If you need to return an item, please email returns@scraphappens.com with the reason for your return within 5 days of receiving your order. You will then be given instructions for the return of merchandise.

Payment Information

ScrapHappens.com accepts Visa and MasterCard through our secure shopping cart.
We also accept Paypal and money order payments.
International payments are only accepted through Paypal.
Your order is not pulled until we have received your payment.

We will notify you as soon as we receive your money order payment.
